We started our story 20+ years ago in the beautiful city of Mérida, Venezuela. After moving to Texas, it took us until 2015 to open our first food truck in Katy.

After 10 years of flavor and thousands of satisfied customers, we've grown and expanded our business to two locations: our Cinco Ranch restaurant and the newest store opened in north Katy.
​
Our goal is to be an outstanding reference of two of the best things about Venezuela: our food and our people.
